Which tour is best for first-time visitors?
Start with the Mahabaleshwar Darshan 1 — 7 stops in 3–4 hours including temples and viewpoints, giving you a solid overview of Mahabaleshwar. From there, you'll know what to return to.
Is the fare per person or per car?
Always per car. A single booking covers your entire group up to vehicle capacity. A family of four pays the same as a solo traveller in the same car.
Are entry tickets included in the fare?
No. Entry tickets, boating charges, meals and personal shopping are yours. We'll give a rough estimate when you book so you can carry the right cash.
Can I change the route after booking?
Yes, within reason. On the day, just tell your driver — most small changes are accommodated without extra charges. Bigger detours may adjust the fare, which we'll discuss first.
What's the difference between a tour and full-day hire?
Curated tours are fixed itineraries (2.5 to 5 hours depending on route, with set stops). Full-day hire is 10–12 hours where you decide everything. Structure or freedom — your pick.
Do you operate in the monsoon?
Yes — and it's arguably the most beautiful season. Drivers carry rain-gear, cars are equipped for wet roads, and we re-route around any closed viewpoints. Waterfalls peak between June and September.
What time does the sunrise tour start?
Pickup is typically at 5:00–5:30 AM depending on season. Driver arrives at your hotel, and you're back in time for breakfast. Best between October and February.
Do you pick up from Pune or Mumbai?
Yes. One-way and round-trip outstation pickups are part of our service. Mention your city when you call, and we'll quote the fare. Doorstep pickup is included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). Payment is made to the driver at the end of the trip. No advance required for local sightseeing.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup. After that, a small token may apply — especially during peak season when the driver has already blocked the day.
